Helping Paul & Kim Prep Their Magnolia Home for Sale
Your friendly neighborhood go-to for window cleaning for real estate agents in Magnolia TX.

When Paul called us, I could already tell it wasn’t just a routine job. He and his wife, Kim, were preparing to sell their home in Magnolia, TX. Paul was retiring and planning to move back home to be closer to his family.
A big step for him, and understandably, he wanted everything to go right. Their realtor had given them a checklist to get the house photo-ready for the listing—and right at the top of that list was, “Get the windows cleaned.”
That’s where we came in—All Git Out Services. Your friendly neighborhood go-to for window cleaning for real estate agents in Magnolia TX.
First Impressions and a Unique Challenge
Paul and Kim’s home had 35 windows, and they hadn’t been cleaned in years. Years of Texas dust, pollen, and rain had left their mark. They hired us to do a full inside-and-out cleaning job, and as always, we were ready to roll up our sleeves.
When we arrived, Kim pointed out a challenge right away. There was an electronic window shade way up above the front door—too high for them to reach—and the batteries had died.
They couldn’t open it, and it was blocking the light. Before getting started, we grabbed our ladder and swapped the batteries out for them.
Small Task,
Big Difference.
With that out of the way, we moved on to something else we knew could use a little attention.
Curb Appeal Matters Too
We also noticed that their driveway was dark with algae and grime. Knowing how much curb appeal matters, we suggested adding pressure washing to the project—and they agreed.
While I started carefully removing the window screens, my nephew Kevin fired up the pressure washer and began working his way down the long driveway.
While he handled that, I got into the rhythm of the job I know best.

Tackling the Interior Windows
With the screens off, I tackled the windows with a pro-grade extension pole and a swivel squeegee—my trusty tools for keeping things streak-free without dragging a ladder around the house.
I always use a professional glass-cleaning solution in a spray bottle and soft towels, especially for interior work, to avoid making a mess or splashing water in someone’s freshly cleaned home.
By the time I wrapped up the inside windows, Kevin had finished the driveway—and it looked brand new. We took a quick break, and just then, the neighbor walked over.
He’d seen how nice the driveway turned out and asked us for a quote on the spot. Nothing like good work advertising itself!
With the inside looking great and the driveway sparkling, we turned our attention to the final task.
Windows That Shine—Inside and Out
Next, we tackled the exterior windows. Kevin started upstairs while I worked my way around the first floor.
The sun hit just right as we cleaned, and those windows sparkled. I was halfway through the back patio windows when Kim came out, looking a bit stunned.
“I just had to say,” she said, “these windows look amazing. I had no idea they could even look this clean again.”
It’s moments like that
remind me why
we do what we do!
By the time we were finished, the house looked incredible—clean windows letting in the light, the driveway bright and fresh, everything ready for photos and showings.
Paul and Kim thanked us more than once, and we left feeling proud knowing we’d helped them take a big step forward in their journey.
